AI Powered Website - Specific Terms
Last update: 30 May 2026.The "AI Powered Website" service involves designing, building, hosting, maintaining and ongoing updates to a website or online store on a subscription basis where artificial intelligence is used to accelerate the design, structure and initial build and the final result is reviewed, adapted and built by the Company's team on WordPress.

All prices are in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Artificial intelligence is only used as an aid to speed up the process. The Company does not guarantee that AI-generated elements (structure, design directions, content suggestions) are comprehensive, original or error-free - final quality is ensured through professional review, editing and tuning by the Company's team.
The service is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis, according to the plan chosen by the Customer.
The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. The first month is a trial period during which the Customer may use the service without long-term commitment.
If the Customer does not request termination by the end of the trial period, the contract shall automatically continue for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of expiry of the trial period. After the initial 12-month period, the contract will automatically renew indefinitely unless terminated by either party upon 30 days written notice.
For an annual subscription, payment is made in two equal instalments:
The annual subscription covers a period of 12 (twelve) months. This period includes both the period of development of the site and the period of use, maintenance and upgrades after its completion and commissioning. The term runs from the date of the request/first payment and covers the time after completion of the site.
After the expiration of the 12-month period, the subscription shall automatically renew for a new 12-month period unless terminated by either party upon 30 days written notice prior to the renewal date. Renewal terms and price shall be determined in accordance with the price list in effect at the time of renewal.
Amounts paid in advance cover work and resources already carried out. To the maximum extent permitted by law, they are not refundable to the extent of the work actually carried out, subject to consumers' rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and applicable law (see also paragraph 7.1 of the General conditions).
Business information that the Customer provides to build the site (descriptions, preferences, materials) may be processed by third party AI models. Customer should not provide confidential, classified or sensitive information, including personal data of third parties, for AI processing.
The Customer warrants that it owns the necessary rights to all material it makes available and is responsible for ensuring that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Each plan includes a set monthly capacity for upgrades and modifications:
Unused hours do not accumulate and do not carry over to the next month. Additional hours are charged separately according to the current price list.
The company makes reasonable best efforts to ensure high availability, but does not guarantee a specific uptime percentage. Scheduled maintenance outages will be performed after hours whenever possible.
Technical support is available on weekdays (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 EET/EEST). Response times are approximate and do not constitute a guarantee.
Upon termination of the subscription:
The Company reserves the right to limit or suspend service for: exceeding resource limits; using the site for spam, abuse or illegal purposes; installing software that compromises the security or performance of the infrastructure.
