AI Powered Website — Specific Terms

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Bulgarian version prevails.

1. Description of the Service

The "AI Powered Website" service includes the design, development, hosting, maintenance and ongoing updates of a website or online store on a subscription basis, whereby artificial intelligence is used to accelerate the design, the structure and the initial build, and the final result is reviewed, adapted and built by the Company’s team on WordPress.

The specific scope is determined by the selected subscription plan:

• AI Website (AI Web Solution): from 99 EUR/month
• AI eCommerce (AI Online Store): from 199 EUR/month

All prices are in euro (EUR) and exclude VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Artificial intelligence is used solely as an auxiliary tool to accelerate the process. The Company does not guarantee that the AI-generated elements (structure, design directions, content suggestions) are exhaustive, original or error-free — the final quality is ensured through professional review, editing and configuration by the Company’s team.

2. Subscription Model and Terms

The service is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis, according to the plan selected by the Client.

2.1. Monthly Subscription

The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. The first month is a trial period during which the Client may use the service without a long-term commitment.

If the Client does not give notice of termination before the expiry of the trial period, the contract automatically continues for a term of 12 (twelve) months, starting from the date of expiry of the trial period. After the expiry of the initial 12-month term, the contract is automatically renewed for an indefinite term, unless either party terminates it with 30 days’ written notice.

2.2. Annual Subscription and Payment Schedule

For an annual subscription, payment is made in two equal instalments:

• First instalment — 50% of the annual price is paid in advance upon placing the order. After receipt of the advance payment, the Company’s team begins work on building the site.
• Second instalment — the remaining 50% becomes due upon completion of the site — before or upon its publication/handover to the Client.

The annual subscription covers a term of 12 (twelve) months. This term includes both the period of development of the site and the period of use, maintenance and included enhancements after its completion and launch. The term runs from the date of the order/first payment and covers the time after completion of the site.

After the expiry of the 12-month term, the subscription is automatically renewed for a new 12-month period, unless either party terminates it with 30 days’ written notice before the renewal date. The terms and price for renewal are determined in accordance with the price list in effect at the time of renewal.

Amounts paid in advance cover work and resources already performed and committed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, they are non-refundable to the extent of the work actually performed, subject to the rights of consumers under the Consumer Protection Act (ЗЗП) and the applicable legislation (see also clause 7.1 of the General Terms and Conditions).

3. Role of AI and Generated Content

The business information that the Client provides for building the site (descriptions, preferences, materials) may be processed by third-party AI models. The Client should not provide for AI processing any confidential, classified or sensitive information, including personal data of third parties.

The Client warrants that it holds the necessary rights to all materials it provides and is responsible for ensuring that the intellectual property rights of third parties are not infringed.

4. Included Enhancement Hours

Each plan includes a defined monthly capacity for enhancements and modifications:

• AI Website: up to 1 hour of monthly capacity
• AI eCommerce: up to 3 hours of monthly capacity

Unused hours do not accumulate and are not carried over to the following month. Additional hours are charged separately, in accordance with the price list in effect.

5. Capacity and Included Resources

• A website with AI-assisted design, built on the WordPress CMS and a visual builder
• Responsive (mobile) design and basic page structure
• A contact form and the possibility of dynamic content, depending on the plan
• For the AI eCommerce plan — an online store with a capacity of up to 300 products and a basic WooCommerce configuration
• Secure hosting infrastructure with monitoring and an SSL certificate
• Automated daily backups
• Technical support, updates and consulting

6. Availability and Support

The Company makes reasonable efforts (best effort) to ensure high availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. Scheduled maintenance interruptions will be carried out outside business hours, where possible.

Technical support is available on business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 EET/EEST). Response times are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee.

7. Ownership and Transfer upon Termination

Upon termination of the subscription:

• The Client receives a copy of the website files and the database, upon request and provided that all outstanding obligations have been paid
• The Company is not obliged to provide hosting or maintenance after the termination
• The Company’s proprietary code, templates, frameworks and tools remain its property
• The Company may charge a reasonable fee for assistance with migration

8. Restrictions

The Company reserves the right to restrict or suspend the service in the event of: exceeding the resource limits; use of the site for spam, abuse or unlawful purposes; installation of software that compromises the security or performance of the infrastructure.
