AI Website Builder — Specific Terms

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Bulgarian version prevails.

These specific terms supplement the General Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict, these specific terms shall prevail.

1. Description of the Service

AI Website Builder is a tool for the automated generation of websites with the help of artificial intelligence. The service is available at ai.studionewera.com on an annual subscription basis (from 99 EUR/year). The service may include beta features.

2. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. The Client is solely responsible for reviewing, editing and approving the generated content before publication.

The Company does not guarantee:

The accuracy, completeness or originality of AI-generated content
Any specific results from the use of the AI tool
That the generated content will not resemble existing materials
That the AI tool will be available without interruption

The Client bears full responsibility for verifying the originality of the generated content and for ensuring that the intellectual property rights of third parties are not infringed.

3. Data and AI Processing

Data provided by the Client for the generation of a website (business information, preferences, descriptions) may be processed by third-party AI models. The Company shall not be liable for the processing of data by the providers of AI technologies.

The Client should not enter confidential, classified or sensitive information (including personal data of third parties) into the AI tool.

4. Beta Features

The service may include features marked as "Beta". Beta features are provided without any warranties whatsoever and may be changed, restricted or removed without prior notice.

5. Subscription and Payment

The service is provided on an annual subscription basis. Payment is processed through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically unless the Client terminates it before the renewal date.

6. Support

The Company’s team is available for assistance with, or corrections to, the generated site via chat support. Support is provided on a best effort basis and is not guaranteed 24/7.

7. Usage Restrictions

The Client may not use the AI Website Builder for: generating unlawful, harmful or discriminatory content; mass automated generation of sites for spam purposes; reverse engineering of the AI model or the infrastructure; violating the terms of use of third parties (AI providers).
