AI Website Builder - Specific Terms

These specific conditions complement General Terms and Conditions of Use. In case of conflict, the specific conditions prevail.

1. Service Description

AI Website Builder is a tool for automated website generation using artificial intelligence. The service is available at ai.studionewera.com on an annual subscription basis (from 99 EUR/year). The service may include beta features.

2. AI generated content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant. The client is solely responsible for the review, editing and approval of the generated content prior to publication.

The company does not guarantee:

The accuracy, completeness or originality of AI generated content
Concrete results of using the AI tool
That the content generated will not resemble existing material
That the AI tool will be available without interruptions

The Customer is fully responsible for verifying the originality of the generated content and for not infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties.

3. Data and AI processing

The data provided by the Customer for website generation (business information, preferences, descriptions) may be processed by third party AI models. The Company is not responsible for the processing of data by AI technology providers.

Customer should not enter confidential, classified or sensitive information (including personal data of third parties) into the AI Tool.

4. Beta functionalities

The Service may include features marked as "Beta". Beta features are provided without warranty of any kind and may be modified, limited or removed without notice.

5. Subscription and payment

The service is provided on an annual subscription basis. Payment is processed through Stripe. Subscription renews automatically unless terminated by Customer prior to renewal date.

6. Support

The Company's team is available for assistance or corrections on the generated site via chat support. Support is provided on a best effort basis and is not guaranteed 24/7.

7. Restrictions on use

Customer may not use AI Website Builder to: generate illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content; mass automate the generation of sites for spamming purposes; reverse engineer the AI model or infrastructure; violate the terms of use of third party (AI providers).
