Two things. First, everything that keeps the system running: hosting, security, backups and technical maintenance. Second, the missions in your plan: specific tasks we choose together based on your current business priority.
Each mission is one specific task with a clear scope, deadline and expected result. You request it and track it in the client portal. A Small Mission is, for example, a new section, content changes, a small integration or a better conversion rate. A Growth Mission is, for example, a new landing page, a new automated process or a bigger upgrade. Core includes 1 Small Mission per month, and Growth includes 2 Small Missions or 1 Growth Mission. Each mission is delivered within 7 working days once the scope is agreed. Unused missions don’t roll over to the next month. Each one ends with a result and takeaways that are saved in your Business Twin.
The shared memory of your business. It holds your brand and tone, customers, offers, processes, decisions and the result of every mission. That way everyone on the team and every AI tool works with the same context, our suggestions get sharper over time, and you never have to explain things twice.

No. Every plan has a set number of missions per month. That way you know what you will get, and we can deliver it well and on time. If you need more, we can discuss Growth or a custom quote.

Yes, on the Growth plan. We set up and manage paid campaigns connected to landing pages and inquiry tracking, so you can see which ads bring customers. Each campaign counts as one mission from your monthly allowance. Ad spend is paid separately and stays under your control.
