Before taking over a new site, the Company performs a technical inspection. The Company reserves the right to refuse to take over sites that do not meet technical standards or pose an infrastructure risk.

The company performs automated daily backups on the principle of good faith (best effort). Backups are kept for a minimum of 14 days.
Backups do not constitute a guarantee of full recovery and do not replace Customer's own backups. The Company strongly recommends maintaining your own backups.
The company implements standard security measures (SSL, firewall, monitoring, updates) based on the best effort principle. These measures do not guarantee complete protection against cyber threats.
If a security breach is detected, the Company will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the damage and notify affected individuals in accordance with the GDPR.
The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure high availability, but does not provide a guarantee of a specific uptime percentage. Emergency outages may occur without notice for critical security updates or technical failures.
The Company reserves the right to limit the use of resources (CPU, RAM, disk space, bandwidth) if the Customer's usage exceeds reasonable standards or negatively impacts other customers sharing the infrastructure.
