1. How would you describe your professional role in the studio in one sentence?

The link between a happy contractor and a happy customer is me.

2. What inspired you to choose a career in project management?

I am a Project Manager by profession and this is my passion. I don't feel it as a duty, but as a pleasure and I think that's where my strength lies.

3. What is your superpower (skill) that you bring to the team?

The ability to make the client believe they need something... or don't need, on the site.

4. Which project or achievement are you most proud of?

Maybe with my first subscription sold, exactly one year ago.

5. What is your approach to solving challenging problems?

I have no approach, the power is in how you use the words correctly.

6. What motivates you the most in your work?

The satisfaction I feel when I make a sale or help a customer.

Cohesion, Trust, Discipline

8. What inspires you outside of work and how does this reflect in your profession?

Mostly that I work with my husband and we motivate each other (mostly he motivates me). Without him, I wouldn't have gotten this far professionally.

The team and the right communication - without them, the project cannot go far.

11. How do you spend your free time - something that helps you "reboot"?

Nice lunch, at a favorite place with my husband and child.

12. If you could learn a new professional skill in a day, what would it be?

To create designs like my husband - I admire his creativity.

13. What do you want customers and partners to associate your name with?

With loyalty and personal attitude. And no, it's not a cliché - I really do put a lot of myself into each and every one of my clients and try to help them make their business more successful.

14. What is the most valuable lesson you have learned in your professional career?

I'm still learning, but the most valuable thing is that without a good teacher and willingness on your part, things won't work out.

15. What would you say to someone just starting out in our industry?

The advice I would give him is to first make sure that this is his passion, that he will do it willingly and not out of obligation, and then to find his teacher and follow in his footsteps.
