#### The companies come to you

Filters by region, industry, revenue and website straight in the Commercial Register through the CompanyBook.bg API. One button imports up to 1,000 companies with email, phone and website, and the search picks up where it stopped yesterday.

#### Fair distribution

Leads are handed out in rotation between the chosen salespeople. Every company ID is recorded for good, so no company gets a second email from another salesperson.

#### A pipeline that moves on its own

Eight stages from new inquiry to won client, with temperature and source for every lead. A sent email moves the lead automatically and shows the confirmation from the mail server.

#### AI writes the first email for that company

Claude gets the industry, city, revenue and whether the company has a website, and writes 70 to 120 words in natural Bulgarian. If there is a website, it offers a free video audit. If not, it offers a new website. The salesperson reviews it and sends from their own mailbox.

#### A campaign in three steps

Check the addresses, generate the drafts, send the selected ones. AI writes once per industry and the text is personalised for every company, which saves tokens across hundreds of emails.

#### Every address checked before sending

Format and typos, the domain and the mailbox itself, without sending anything. Only a proven active address gets an email, and a circuit breaker stops sending after 3 bounces in an hour.

#### Autopilot at set times

At 09:00, 12:00 and 16:00 batches of 10 emails go out, on weekdays only and only to active addresses. The autopilot keeps the same limits as a person and sends a summary by email in the evening.
