What do I get every month?
Two things. First, everything that keeps the system running: hosting, security, backups and technical maintenance. Second, the missions in your plan: specific tasks we choose together based on your current business priority.

What are missions?
Each mission is one specific task with a clear scope, deadline and expected result. You request it and track it in the client portal. A Small Mission is, for example, a new section, content changes, a small integration or a better conversion rate. A Growth Mission is, for example, a new landing page, a new automated process or a bigger upgrade. Core includes 1 Small Mission per month, and Growth includes 2 Small Missions or 1 Growth Mission. Each mission is delivered within 7 working days once the scope is agreed. Unused missions don’t roll over to the next month. Each one ends with a result and takeaways that are saved in your Business Twin.

What is a Business Twin?
The shared memory of your business. It holds your brand and tone, customers, offers, processes, decisions and the result of every mission. That way everyone on the team and every AI tool works with the same context, our suggestions get sharper over time, and you never have to explain things twice.

Who owns the information?
You do. We use it only for work on your business and never share it with other clients.

Is the work unlimited?
No. Every plan has a set number of missions per month. That way you know what you will get, and we can deliver it well and on time. If you need more, we can discuss Growth or a custom quote.

What if my priorities change?
The missions change with them. One month it may be a new page, the next a campaign, then inquiry automation or an internal process. The product stays the same, and the work follows your business.

Why not just do it myself with AI?
You can, and a lot of it will work. The question is how much time choosing the tools, connecting them, checking the output and maintaining it will cost you. With us that time stays with your business, and one team is responsible for the result.

What does AI-first mean?
AI is built into every step of our work: research, structure, copy, design, QA and automation. That way many tasks take days instead of weeks. Decisions, design and final review stay with an experienced team that has been building for the web since 2019. You get the speed of AI and the judgment of people.

Is an online store included?
Yes, on the Growth plan. Core is for websites without online sales. Advanced stores and systems with many integrations are done as a custom project with a separate quote.

Do you manage paid advertising?
Yes, on the Growth plan. We set up and manage paid campaigns connected to landing pages and inquiry tracking, so you can see which ads bring customers. Each campaign counts as one mission from your monthly allowance. Ad spend is paid separately and stays under your control.

Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices are excl. VAT.

Is there a setup fee?
No. On Core and Growth the setup fee is €0. For custom projects the price is set in the quote.

Why is there a 12-month commitment?
Because we build and maintain the system instead of asking for a large upfront investment. The cost of the build is spread over time, and the system keeps improving throughout the year.

I already have a website. Can you rebuild it?
Yes. Both plans include a new website or a rebuild of your current one.

What if my project doesn’t fit the plans?
We do it as a custom project with a separate quote: a one-off web build, an advanced online store, a portal, an internal system, integrations or AI and automation.

What happens after I click “Discuss”?
A calendar opens where you pick a time for a free 30-minute consultation. Afterwards you get a recommendation for a plan or a custom quote with scope and price. Nothing is paid until you decide.
